To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Florida. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Patient Responsibility and Liability:
By utilizing the services provided by ZenFit Wellness, you affirm that the health history and personal information you have provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge. The accuracy of this information is critical for determining the suitability of any prescribed medication. ZenFit Wellness will not be liable for any adverse effects or complications arising from inaccurate or misleading information provided by the patient.
It is also essential that patients adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and instructions provided by our healthcare providers. Taking medication in a manner that is not consistent with your prescription, such as altering the dosage or frequency without consultation, is done at your own risk. ZenFit Wellness cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from misuse of prescribed medications.
4. Products and Services
4.1 Weight Loss Programs
- Initial Clinician Consultation: This service provides a 30-minute consultation to assess your health history and weight loss goals. The consultation is free for the first 7 days, after which standard charges apply. GLP-1 medication will not be prescribed during this consultation.
- Weight Loss Induction Plans: These plans include Semaglutide or Tirzepatide medications, along with monthly coaching sessions, check-ins with medical professionals, and ongoing support.
4.2 Medication Approval and Prescription Process
At ZenFit Wellness, your health and safety are our top priorities. Our prescription process for medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide is designed to ensure that each patient receives the most appropriate treatment for their unique needs.
Consultation and Qualification: Prescriptions for medications, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, will only be issued after a thorough consultation with one of our licensed healthcare providers. During this consultation, our providers will carefully evaluate your health history, current condition, and weight loss goals to determine whether you are a suitable candidate for the medication. This process is essential to ensure that the prescribed treatment is both safe and effective for you.
Qualification Criteria: Not every patient will qualify for these medications. Our healthcare providers adhere to strict medical guidelines when assessing your eligibility. Factors such as existing medical conditions, current medications, and overall health will be considered. If, during the consultation, it is determined that you do not qualify for the medication, we will inform you promptly. In such cases, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
Prescription Fulfillment: Once you are approved for the medication, your prescription will be filled by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. This type of pharmacy specializes in creating personalized medications tailored to the specific needs of individual patients, ensuring that you receive a high-quality and customized treatment. The 503A pharmacy operates under stringent regulations to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
Continued Monitoring and Support: After your prescription is filled, our team will continue to monitor your progress to ensure the medication is working effectively. You will have ongoing access to our healthcare providers for follow-ups and any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. Your journey with us includes comprehensive support to help you achieve your weight loss goals safely and sustainably.
Transparency and Patient Rights: We believe in full transparency throughout the treatment process. You have the right to understand every aspect of your medication and treatment plan. Should you have any questions or concerns at any point, our team is here to provide you with the information and support you need.
4.3 Telehealth Services
- Our telehealth services allow you to consult with our healthcare providers remotely. These consultations are subject to the same terms as in-person consultations.
5. Subscription Plans
5.1 Commitment-Free Policy
- ZenFit Wellness offers a commitment-free policy, meaning you are not automatically enrolled in any program following your initial consultation. After the 7-day free trial for the Initial Clinician Consultation, you can decide whether to continue with one of our weight loss programs without any obligation.
5.2 Prescription Refill Charges for Higher Quantities
At ZenFit Wellness, we are committed to providing transparent pricing for our patients. While our standard subscription price includes medication and delivery, please note the following regarding prescription refills:
- For prescriptions requiring 75+ units: There will be an additional charge of $100 per refill due to the higher volume of medication required.
This additional cost will apply automatically to all applicable refills and will be reflected in your billing.

6. Payments and Billing
